Pricing FAQ

What does "one-time pricing" mean?

Pay once, use forever. No monthly subscriptions, no recurring fees. Managed hosting is a one-time payment that covers infrastructure, support, and updates for the lifetime of your deployment.

Are there really no per-ticket fees?

Correct. Zero per-ticket fees. You keep 100% of your ticket revenue (minus payment processor fees, which go directly to Stripe/PayPal). We don't take a cut of your sales.

What about payment processing fees?

Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) charge standard fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction). These fees go directly to them, not to Supertix. You can configure who pays these fees: you or your customers.

Can I start self-hosted and upgrade to managed later?

Absolutely. Start with self-hosted, and when you're ready for managed infrastructure, we'll help you migrate. Your data is yours—moving between deployment options is straightforward.

What if I need custom features?

Self-hosted users can modify the code (AGPL-3.0 allows this). Managed Enterprise customers can request custom integrations and features—contact us for a quote.
